Rolf de Jong in Billiard Wholesale Directory

 

Rolf de Jong; At the age of nine Rolf discovered snooker: his talent and drive did not forsake him. Through many local ranking events he joined the Dutch snooker elite in which he achieved outstanding results; after several junior and ranking titles he became Dutch senior champion in 2006. With his laid-back style and well thought out play he also made a name for himself abroad. The highlights of his international career are finishing second in both the World (Egypt ’99) and European Junior Championships (Hungary ’00). Dutch Champion 2006. He practices at his regular club SC Michielsen, Breda (the Netherlands). His cue as well as his family, coach Robert Roos and manager Raymond Marchand are very near to him. With them he seems to have found the right balance between a great snooker career and his study at the University.
