Information portal for Central Valley California, and includes such items as billiard rules, instruction, schedules and tournament action. The Modesto BCA League is a handicap league that play on Wednesdays. This is amoney league (no trophies) and most of the money is distributed back to the players. Weekly player dues are $8.00, A team sponsor fee of $50.00. There is a $10 BCAPL Dues per year. The next session will start Jan.10, 2007.
